I took my gmc safari awd with only 139,000 miles on it to see what i would get for a trade. Now befor i give my story keep in mind that i drove it 65 miles to get their and drove it back home just fine. The only thing that was wrong with this van has a small brake leak easily fixable. He would not even give me a quote. He had some guy their im assuming his mechanic who said the transmission bracket was missing? I said oh yeah what would you have to do to change that he said drop the transmission LOL? Now i new it was their and their are two brackets your crossmember bracket wich goes from one side of your frame to the other its about 3" wide you would think this would be very noticeable. The other bracket is the mounting bracket wich has a rubber mount with it now both of them were intacked. So if you want to wast half your day and money for them to hassual you go wright ahead.
